气候变迁适应性研究网（AdaptNet）是由澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学全球城市学院气候变迁适应性研究小组建立的一个网络平台，它汇集了全球各地的适应性研究专家，旨在分享有关气候变迁适应战略、工具、方法、分析研究以及有效经验方面的最新信息。 2008年5月，清华大学NGO研究所开始与其合作，把每周研究报告（AdaptNet Report）译成中文，以推动相关领域的研究。

- NGO Research Center is a research institute under the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University, China.
