A Statistical Look At the Sino-U.S. Trade Relationship

The goods deficit with China increased from $7.6 billion in July to $8.6 billion in August. Exports decreased $0.2 billion (primarily transport equipment) to $1.4 billion, while imports increased $0.8 billion (primarily toys, games, and sporting goods; computers and computer products; and electrical machinery) to $10.0 billion.
