Major Song Xuefeng works at the Office for Foreign Affairs in the Academy of Military Science. Major Song has a bachelor’s degree in English language, and a Master’s degree in military strategy. He first served as a junior officer in an infantry company, and became an instructor at a military college, and is now a researcher on security and military matters. Major Song has recently been engaged in a project at the Academy focusing on theater missile defense.
