What will happen now that North Korea has admitted to having an active nuclear weapons program? Will the US be forced into bilateral negotiations? What is the likelihood that North Korea will disarm? And if it does not, will the nation sell their weapons to another adversarial state?Victor D. Cha and David C. Kang, two experts with very different perspectives on the politics on the politics of the Korean Peninsula, will debate the implications of and the appropriate international responses to a nuclear-armed North Korea.
