Our first workshop for this project will be held at the International House of Japan in Tokyo on September 14-15, 2015. (Participation is by invite-only.)
In-Country Travel and Reimbursement Information
We look forward to having you join us at I-House on September 14 and 15. Participants arriving in Tokyo by plane, please save your receipts and deliver them to Rebecca Pollack at the conclusion of the workshop along with this form, as Nautilus will reimburse you for your travel expenses. Participants commuting from their homes will be given a small per diem to accommodate transportation and parking costs.
Directions
International Participants: The International House website provides several options for directions from Narita and Haneda airports to the venue.
Local Participants: The International House website also provides a local map and directions to the venue in Roppongi.
